Policies
- Check in time is between 2 pm and 7 pm or by appointment; however, you may drop off your luggage earlier.
- Check out time is 11 am
- The reserved room is for registered guests only. Under no circumstances will unauthorized guests be permitted in the house.
- The house is non-smoking; although smoking is permitted outside
- Guests must respect the privacy of others by maintaining a proper noise level
- Ironing in rooms is permitted with an iron and ironing board only. An iron and ironing board will be provided upon request.
- No candles allowed in rooms
- Each guest agrees to pay for all damages to bicycles including theft
- Bicycles must be returned to Arbor Inn before dark
- Sorry, no pets allowed

Cancellation Policy
Deposit will be refunded, less $25 service charge, if cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to arrival date. If cancellation is within 2 weeks, we will make every effort to fill your room, and if successful, we will return your deposit, less the $25 service charge. Because we are in a resort area, reservations are made for the length of your desired stay and cannot be reduced after the two week cancellation period.
